Step 0: Schedule a free consultation call
Schedule a free call at 561.463.3078 and get a brief consultation prior to booking your appointment.
Step 1: Book your appointment
If you're tech savvy (or if you hate phones), you can use our online system to book your fist appointment. Book Now>>
Step 2: Wait for your confirmation email and sign forms electronically
Once you have your appointment booked, we’ll send you an email with a link to your client portal. This is where you’ll have access to a few agreements and assessments, which you’ll complete and sign electronically.
One hour goes by fast in a therapy session! So to make sure we’re giving you undivided care and attention, we’d like to make sure we don’t spend any preventable precious time doing paperwork during your first session.
Please take some time before your appointment to fill out those documents so we can get to know a bit about you and your needs before you arrive, and please make sure you complete them all thoroughly. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it.
Step 3: Join for your session
Both in-person and video sessions last 50-55 minutes. We love to help you relax from the moment you arrive, so our waiting room has comfy seats and free refreshments. Here’s what we’re currently spinning>> at our office.
*If you’re looking for an actual record player, look elsewhere...sadly, though we love the vinyls of yesteryear, we only are spinning digital sounds.
Step 4: Coordinate care
If you have another care provider (psychiatrist, primary care physician, legal representative, insurance provider, etc.) fill out our Release of Information>> form so you can authorize the release of psychotherapy information and we can communicate appropriately.
Parents and Guardians
If you’re the parent or guardian of a child therapy client, you will be expected to submit the parent intake form. Teenage clients may be expected to fill out their own intake form, unless there is a reasonable reason they are unable to do so.
