What Goals Are You Getting After in 2022?

Resolutions are for amateurs. GOALS are for peeps ready to get down to business!

A Goal is a clearly-defined desired outcome that is measurable, achievable, time-specific, and for which the goal setter takes full responsibility. Goals are achieved in incremental steps. What you do today sets you up for outcomes you experience later. What change do YOU want to accomplish by year end 2022?

Keep reading to discover goals each member of #teamsoulspring has set in their hearts to reach in 2022

Marie Labranche

"My goal for 2022 is self care. I want to at least care for myself as much as I care for others. For me, that means being intentional with time, making choices that promote my mental and physical health, nurturing meaningful relationships, and traveling to at least one place I've never been!"

Marie Labranche: Taking it all in at the Grand Canyon.

Grace Childs

"My goal for 2022 is to continue to consistently practice and improve my yoga practice and swim training."

Grace Childs: Beach yoga before a swim.

Mary Rivas

"My goal for 2022 is to mentally, physically, and spiritually prepare for our home birth in June."

Mary Rivas: "Will you?" + "I Do" = Baby on the way!

Jennifer Alminana

"One of my professional goals for 2022 is helping individuals who are dealing with fertility issues and continuing to grow my practice after maternity leave."

Jennifer Alminana: For when the signs keep saying "No", but you know in your heart the answer is still "Yes."

Cindy Gourley

"One of my professional goals in 2022 is to get additional training on how to utilize EMDR in a telehealth setting. I think this is one of the most effective ways to help resolve trauma.

On the personal side - I love big mammals and my first goal was to spend time with the whales in Maui, which I did a year ago. My goal for 2022 is to spend time with the elephants, which I have a 'spa day' planned for later this month. I get to feed and bathe them - photos to come!"

Cindy Gourley: Playing peek-a-boo with the whales in Maui.

Ernest Andrew

"My goal for 2022 is to get my joy in the creative process back. I've not had it since 2018, maybe even 2017... I almost died in October and it's made me want to enjoy living my life more. My happiness, my life...I'm putting me first more this year. Saying more 'yes' to me and more 'no' to others."

Ernest Andrew: Even through a profile angle, you can still see and feel the joy of playing music radiating throughout his body.

Wynne Stallings

"My goal for 2022 is to train to get race ready and race in the Head of the Charles with my former college teammates, held in Boston in October."

Wynne Stallings: Enjoying a "rusty row" with her former teammates in 2013 on the Miami Intercoastal.
